NDLEA Final List of Shortlisted Candidates (1st, 2nd & 3rd batch) & New Camp Date 2021 is out

The NDLEA has released the Final List of Shortlisted Candidates for the 2019/2020 Recruitment 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Batch. Here’s how to look up the NDLEA shortlisted candidates list, as well as the NDLEA Training Date, Location, and Time for 2021.

NDLEA Final List of Shortlisted Candidates 2021 Update

All successful two and three batch Narcotic Assistant (NASS) candidates must report for training in the order of groups and dates assigned to their names, according to the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).

The names of successful candidates were published on the agency’s website,, in the order of the groups listed below:

  1. Group one (2nd batch). Serial Number 1 -350 (Saturday, Nov. 27, 2021)
  2. Group Two, (2nd Batch) Serial Number 351 -700 (Sunday Nov. 28, 2021)
  3. Group three (2nd Batch) Serial Number 701- 1,000 (Monday Nov. 29, 2021)
  4. Group Four (3rd batch) Serial Number 1- 350 (Tuesday Nov. 30, 2021)
  5. Group Five (3rd batch) Serial Number 351- 700 (Wednesday Dec.1, 2021)
  6. Group six (3rd batch) Serial Number 701- 801 (Thursday Dec. 2, 2021)

The successful candidates (Narcotic Assistants) must report with some documents to the NDLEA Academy in Kotton Rikus, Jos.

  • Credentials (original and photocopy)
  • Reference slip for NDLEA online application
  • Four copies of a 5×7 color image (no cap or hat)
  • Materials for writing (to include biro, pencils, ruler, notebooks and file jacket, among others)

TIME: 6:00 p.m.


  • The Coronavirus guidelines must be followed by all successful candidates.
  • Candidates who do not arrive at the location by 6 p.m. on the specified days will be rejected.

Those who do not report by 6 p.m. on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, will be disqualified.

On Saturday, July 17th, 2021, candidates on the new list of Narcotic Officer cadre are to report for training at the NDLEA Academy, Kotton Rikus, Jos in Plateau State.

On Saturday, September 25, 2021, those on the 2nd batch list of successful applicants for the Narcotic Assistant cadre should report to the Academy.

  • All successful candidates (Narcotic Officers and Assistants) are required to go to the NDLEA Academy at Kotton Rikus, Jos, with the following documents:
  • Original and photocopied credentials, as well as a reference slip from the NDLEA online application.
  • Four reproductions of a color photograph, 5 x 7 inches, without a cap or hat.
  • A biro, pencils, ruler, notebooks, and file jacket are among the writing materials.
  • Three pairs of white round neck vests (unmarked) and navy blue shorts (without stripes).
  • Socks in two colors: white and black.
  • Two pairs of canvas trainers in black (rubber type NOT acceptable).
  • There are two white bedsheets and pillowcases in the set.
  • Two pairs of black slacks and two white long-sleeve shirts.
  • A single blanket (grey or army green colour).
  • Two pairs of national dress or suit, as well as casual wear and shoes
  • Purchase buckets, cutlasses, and brooms when you arrive.
