Successful 2023/2024 candidates will be commissioned into the rank of Flying Officer after the Nigerian Air Force Direct Short Service Commission exercise has been concluded.

Candidates who were also born before 13 October 1983 are not qualified to pass through medical consultants.
The NAF DSSC Application 2023 online activities are not for serving personnel. Personnel above the age of 30 years, for instance, if you are born before 13 October 1993, please you are not entitled to apply.

Nigerian Air Force DSSC 2023 Recruitment Requirements
To apply for the NAF 2023 DSSC Application online, see the requirements below:
Interested candidates applying for the NAF 2023 DSSC online must be Nigerian citizens by birth and must possess a national identity card.
Candidates applying on the https://nafrecruitment.airforce.mil.ng/ must be single, the minimum height for males is 1.66 metres, and 1.63 metres for females and candidates must meet the Nigerian Air Force medical employment standards requirements.
Candidates must provide a Local Government Area Attestation Form, Letter of Attestation of Good Character and Presentation of original credentials, for example:
Eight (8) passport-size photographs
Original and Photocopy of your Birth Certificate
Original and Photocopy of your Academic Certificates/Qualifications
Original and Photocopy of Indigeneship Certificate (To be issued by your Local Government)
Original and Photocopy of Attestation of Good Character is required by the Nigerian Air Force and must be signed by personnel.
After the completion of your Nigerian Air Force DSSC 2023 Application form, you are expected to print out your online acknowledgement slip, attestation of a parent, LGA attestation form and letter of attestation of good character after you may have completed your application.
The NAF 2023 DSSC required the following for the 2023/2024 online application: Master’s, Bachelor, HND or OND Degree, NYSC discharge certificate and WASSCE, NECO or GCE.
The NAF 2023 DSSC shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview, as well as a screening exercise.
